Siden juni 2024 har CarbonCuts sammen med Nordsøfonden arbejdet målrettet på at undersøge mulighederne for etablering af ét af Danmarks første landbaserede CO₂-lagre. CarbonCuts er ca. halvvejs med efterforskningen på Sydlolland.
På mødet giver Anders Bille Jensen, Head of Corporate Strategy og Governance CarbonCuts A/S og Kenneth Prehn, Kommunikationskonsulent CarbonCuts A/S, en foreløbig status på Project Ruby.
Du får også information om den efterforskningsbrønd, som CarbonCuts borer på Gl. Badevej i andet halvår af 2026. Brøndboringen på CarbonCuts erhvervsgrund bliver endnu en milepæl i projekt-arbejdet.

Since June 2024, CarbonCuts and Nordsøfonden have been working hard to explore the possibilities of establishing one of Denmark’s first land-based CO₂ storage facilities. CarbonCuts is about halfway through its exploration on South Lolland. At the meeting, Anders Bille Jensen and Kenneth Prehn will give a preliminary status update on Project Ruby. You will also receive information about the exploration well that CarbonCuts will be drilling on Gl. Badevej in the second half of 2026. The well drilling on CarbonCuts’ commercial site will be another milestone in the project work.
