FB Suppliers member Susanne Vemmelund, Director of AA Euro Group Scandinavia, encourages Danish and German companies to start working together now - five years before the Fehmarnbelt tunnel is completed.
She points to experiences from the Øresund region and emphasises that early action can ensure better integration of labour and apprentices, simplify regulations and create a solid foundation for future growth.
"If we act now, co-operation between Denmark and Germany will be much easier in 2029," she says.
