We're repeating the success of last year and inviting you to Padel & Easter Lunch again!
This time it will be Thursday 9 April and as the keynote speaker this year, we welcome Claus Olsen from Senva, who will talk about “The Organisation Compass - the path to stronger direction, culture and results.”.
- Short intro to the presentation: “Reality often changes faster than the organisation can keep up. This means that the pressure and demands on resilience, flexibility, culture and wellbeing increase. Gain insight into how analytics can give you clarity on both the external reality you need to navigate and the internal reality that determines how you react, collaborate and deliver. The Organisation Compass gives you a solid foundation to adjust, strengthen and develop a sustainable organisation with a robust foundation in a changing world.”
On this day there are several potential meeting times, so choose the one that suits you best!
🎾 10:00 am we meet Dressed at MiMo Padel in Rødbyhavn and play 1 hour of padel. Emma Lindblom, Centre Manager at MiMo Padel will be there to guide us through the game.
- The padel centre also has lounge furniture where you are welcome to sit and network (and cheer) if you don't feel like playing padel but want to be part of the action.
🗣️ 11:45 am we meet at Restaurant La Sevillana by Marni, in their BlackBoxBar. Claus Olsen from Senva will tell us more about the Organisation Compass. Afterwards, there will be time to network with the other members.
🐣 Kl. 12:30 we sit down for the “third half” / (belated) Easter lunch, and enjoy & network for a few hours - all in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere.
