The starting point may be a greenfield site, but we also have solid experience in, for example, transforming obsolete buildings into new and profitable projects.
We develop ideas in close collaboration with architects, future tenants, and private or public stakeholders, and we consider it entirely natural to also contribute financially to ensuring the successful completion of the projects.
