Femern Agency er et fremskudt sekretariat, hvor vi aktivt medvirker til at sikre mest mulig dansk arbejdskraft på og i forbindelse med Femern projektet. Partnere er Guldborgsund og Lolland kommune samt Styrelsen for arbejdsmarked og rekruttering (STAR).

Vores kerneopgaver er:

- rekrutteringsservice og jobformidling på tværs af alle kommuner i Danmark

- kommunikation til alle jobcentre og uddannelsesinstitutioner omkring Femern projektet

- sammen med kommunerne at koordinere konkrete opkvalificeringsforløb ud fra behovet på Femern projektet

Femern Agency is an advanced secretariat, where we actively contribute to securing the most possible Danish workforce on and in connection with the Femern project. Partners are Guldborgsund and Lolland municipality as well as the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment (STAR).

Our core tasks are:

- recruitment service and job placement across all municipalities in Denmark

- communication to all job centers and educational institutions about the Femern project

- together with the municipalities to coordinate concrete upgrading courses based on the needs of the Fehmarn project
