Femern Agency is an advanced secretariat where we actively contribute to ensuring as much Danish labour as possible on and in connection with the Fehmarnbelt project. Our partners are the municipalities of Guldborgsund and Lolland and the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment (STAR).

Our core tasks are:

- Recruitment services and job placement across all municipalities in Denmark

- Communication to all job centres and educational institutions about the Fehmarnbelt project

- Coordinate specific training programmes together with the municipalities based on the needs of the Fehmarnbelt project
