Vikar Sjælland has a temping and recruitment department, a construction department and a transport and railway department.
We can therefore offer a wide range of solutions to our customers in areas such as warehousing & production, construction site services, craftsmen, machine operators and drivers + 3,500 kg and the railway sector.
Vikar Sjælland delivers temporary staffing solutions from day to day, but in the case of special or specific tasks that require specific training, specific courses, special experience, etc. there may be a turnaround time, which the customer will always be informed of before the assignment is initiated.
Vikar Zealand finds the temp, quality assures the assignment and takes care of all the administrative aspects of hiring.

At Vikar Sjælland, we have developed our own Profile & Customer Database system, which makes it easy for our partners to book a temp, approve hourly rates, extract financial information, pull statistics etc. directly from the system.
Vikar Sjælland follows the customer's collective labour agreement at all times and thus complies with the provisions of the Temporary Agency Work Act.
