The Peper & Söhne Group is a commercial property investor and project developer based in Bremen, Germany. Founded in 2013, the family business has since completed over 35 projects with a total volume of over 322 million euros. The Peper & Söhne Group is known and appreciated far beyond Bremen's borders for sustainable construction, high quality standards, on-time completion and finally for many years of cooperation with skilled and competent business partners.

The core business of project development and property management is run by Peper & Söhne Projekt GmbH (PSP), which was outsourced in 2017. We specialise in the design, planning, development and redevelopment of commercial properties of all types - from artisan units to entire business parks. As a service provider, Peper & Söhne GmbH takes care of the management of company investments, capital investments and other property-related services.

As an investor and developer, the Peper & Söhne Group is also aware of its special responsibility towards the environment - the Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) criteria are deeply rooted in our thoughts and actions. Naturally, we also pay attention to the environmental and social impact of every development project, proving that we can also contribute to climate and resource protection in commercial property development.

Peper & Soehne ApS was founded in late 2022 and is the Danish subsidiary of the Peper & Söhne Group. Peper & Soehne Aps naturally shares the same values as the entire group, and this department is responsible for the realisation of HUB 48 Maribo.
